Missing out on the opportunity to meet potential new customers/suppliers and renew personal relationships with existing ones…?
Can’t/won’t travel to Las Vegas or Florida to spend your annual trade show budget…?
Over 5,000 industry professionals will be released from the COVID Trap and will gather together during New York Digital Signage Week (R) so we have created this unique mini-exhibition space to facilitate contact making.

Located in the Chandelier Room at the Edison Ballroom in the heart of Manhattan, just a stone’s throw from Times Square, it is co-located with the AdTECH: OOH – New York Conference.

Exhibitors get two chairs, a power supply, and of course an 8-foot table draped in black as a place to call ‘the office’ for the day.

As well as a constant flow of coffee and snacks, we are providing an open luncheon buffet in the room, which is being shared with the AdTECH: OOH – New York Conference participants as an incentive to visit the show.

Exhibitors can invite their customers and contacts and the full list of attendees will be provided to each exhibitor

To reserve your Table, click here.

Visitors attend free but must be invited by an exhibitor or pre-register,

A rare opportunity to meet face-to-face with key suppliers of AdTECH and Display solutions.

Coffee and snacks are provided throughout the day, and the open luncheon buffet presents the possibility of mingling with a roomful of Display professionals who will be taking a break from the AdTECH: OOH – New York Conference being held in the adjacent room

To register as a Visitor, click here.

Doors open at 8.30 am and the event is open until 5.00 pm

A free buffet lunch is available between 1.00 pm and 2.00 pm
